Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PureFlow. If something's not right, here's how we fix it.

Returns
You can return your PureFlow shower within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Filter cartridges can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and box. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to start a return
Email rishika@halowater.in  with your order number and the reason. We'll arrange a pickup.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll refund you within 30 working days.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method
• Cash on delivery orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer. We'll ask for your details.
• Shipping charges are [refundable / non-refundable].

Cancellations
Changed your mind? Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.

Warranty
PureFlow comes with a 12 -month warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
