1. Does it reduce TDS?

No — and we'd rather tell you that straight. No shower filter genuinely reduces TDS, whatever other listings claim. What PureFlow does is remove chlorine and heavy metals, and convert hard-water minerals into a form that doesn't deposit on your hair and skin. That deposit is what causes the dryness, breakage, and buildup — and that's exactly what we fix.

2. Will it fit my shower?

Yes — PureFlow is a handheld shower head that replaces your existing hand shower on the standard half-inch hose connection found in almost all Indian bathrooms. No special fittings needed. Not sure about yours? Send us a photo of your shower on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you order.

3. Does it work with geysers and hot water?

Yes. PureFlow is safe with hot water up to 65°C — well above any geyser setting.

4. How long does the filter last?

Each cartridge lasts up to 3 months or roughly 10,000–12,000 litres, depending on your water quality and household size. Replacement filters are ₹1,299 and swap in seconds — no tools, no plumber.

5. Do I need a plumber to install it?

6. Will it reduce my water pressure?

No — the opposite, actually. The micro-nozzle outlet panel increases perceived water pressure while using less water, with a flow rate of 5–7 litres per minute. You get a stronger-feeling shower, not a weaker one.

8. What if it doesn't work for me?
